There are moments that stay with you forever. Walking into an Olympic arena wearing the maple leaf is one of them.
The pride is overwhelming. The pressure is real. You feel the weight of your country, your teammates, your family, and every hour that led you there. But alongside all of that is gratitude. For the opportunity.
For the people who helped you believe it was possible. For the privilege of representing Canada on the biggest stage.
Those Olympic moments shaped me in ways I’m still grateful for. They taught me about preparation, resilience, perspective, and what it really means to show up when it matters most.
Now, with the @milanocortina2026 Olympic Winter Games so close, it feels incredibly full circle to be stepping into these Games as part of the @cbcolympics broadcast team covering curling. I’m so grateful to have the chance to share the stories, the strategy, and the emotion of the athletes who will be competing on that stage.
With the Games approaching, the excitement keeps building. I can’t wait to experience it alongside all of you, cheer on all the @teamcanada athletes, and share behind the scenes moments and insights along the way.
Will you be tuning in? What are you most excited to watch? 🇨🇦
